I got a summons for Jury Duty last month for yesterday. Well I called Sunday night & was told I didn't need to show up on Monday, however last night when I called I was informed my presence was deemed necessary.
So this morning at 8:00 AM I showed up at the court house, signed in, watched a very cheesy video about the honor of serving on a jury, donned my Juror Badge, and now sit and wait to see if I am chosen.
Thank goodness for the free wifi they have here. And cell phone service. And the cafeteria.
Have I mentioned I'm pretty excited about the internet?
